HILLTOP LEARNING CENTER SIDEWALK PROJECT

The Hilltop Learning Center, a mission of the Malvern United Methodist Church, added sidewalks to their facility thanks to the generosity of the Carroll County Foundation. Director Lesa Kem said that the sidewalks will provide the Learning Center with the ability to move children and equipment from the building to the outdoor pavilion they use as a play center. During inclement weather the transfer can be done more quickly and will involve a lot less dirt, mud or snow. - Click here to see all the photos of the event.
