From the Chairman . . .
As an organization, the Carroll County Foundation continues to be blessed with the support of the community, a dedicated and talented Board and the many friends and donors who make our growing success possible. Once again, largely due to a generous donation from the John And Evelyn Ashton Preservation Association, we have been able to assist several causes in the county over these past few months. Most especially in these difficult economic times it has been my pleasure to see people continue to support and donate to the many funds and endowments of the Foundation. This reflects directly upon the giving spirit, the pride of community and the generosity of so many connected with Carroll County. To all of you I wish to extend my deepest gratitude for your continued support.

| Giving to Your Community
We think
of charitable gifts as ways to “pay one's dues” and give back to the
community. Donations to current needs help produce concrete results and positive
change.
Charitable gifts can also be investments in a future beyond our vision. Giving
through the Foundation means giving to needs visible today and also to challenges
emerging tomorrow.
Your charitable gift to establish an endowed philanthropic fund in the Foundation
plants seeds that will flourish ceaselessly to nourish and replenish your community.
The Carroll County Foundation is a public charity under Federal tax codes.
Therefore, your contributions to the Foundation qualify for maximum deductibility
for income, gift and estate taxes. We are happy to consult with you and your personal
advisor as to how you can achieve your charitable goals most advantageously. Use
our convenient email form to contact us.
